The LELO Sensua Suede Whip is perfect for BDSM beginners.
The tassels are suede (obviously), each about 8 1/2 inches long, 1/8 inch wide, and 1/16 inch thick. The handle is acrylic, about 5 3/4 inches in length and 11/16 inch in diameter, with shiny ,stainless steel ends. The handle has a substantial heft to it and is quite solid.
At first glance, the whip doesn’t look particularly imposing. The tassels are very soft and not particularly long; however, with a little practice, the whip can be used to dole out judicious amounts of pleasure and/or pain. The whip can be teasingly dragged around and across nipples or genitals, or it can be used to inflict punishment. It’s sufficiently short that you are unlikely to do serious damage with it (i.e., you are unlikely to break skin), but if you snap your wrist just right, it feels like a hard slap. A hard slap on normal skin will get your partner’s attention. A hard slap on skin with a greater concentration nerve endings… that will make your partner writhe. I recommend varying the intensity of the contact to keep your partner guessing and on edge.
The whip comes in a sturdy boxboard container that is intended to be reused for both protection and storage.
Because the tassels are suede, you will want to ensure that your whip stays clean. You can’t simply wash it off, and I’m not sure what your local dry cleaner would charge (or say!) if you asked them to clean it for you.
Check out the LELO Sensua Suede Whip for yourself.
I give this little work of art five out of five stars (5/5).
